Your role:

An exciting opportunity to work in a high-growth SaaS tech company working within the insights and innovation sector is seeking an ambitious Client Collaborator to support the existing team. This is a new role due to the growth of the company and will support the business as they scale their operations and expand to new markets.

Our Collaboration Leads are the main point of contact for clients. Managing, onboarding and supporting clients on a day-to-day basis, analysing and interpreting data to best meet the clients objectives, and engaging the team around you to deliver on client projects.
The individual we are looking for must have a keen eye for the details, experience in delivering 5 star customer satisfaction, their finger on the pulse of current trends and lots and lots of energy.

Key responsibilities:

As Client Collaboration Advocacy Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Manage existing client relationships, retention and renewal processes
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure activity delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Drive existing client expansion revenues through building strong client
  • relationships/networks and proactively seeking-out incremental revenues (new
  • brands, teams and markets)
  • Manage new client pilot activity setting clear KPIs and defining a path for
  • conversion to annual contract
  • Instil a more commercial focus based around core metrics of retention, expansion and satisfaction and introduce greater organisation and rigour (e.g. quarterly account planning and reviews)
  • Manage and track customer health KPIs
  • Responsible for managing a range of fast paced projects – across
  • multiple international locations
  • Act as main point of contact for the client on practical issues through the life of the project
  • Management of project teams in order to meet project management and
  • objectives
  • Preparation of presentations to a high standard requiring little or no input from senior management
  • Ability to present findings to stakeholders at a high level with strategic recommendations
  • Develop and maintain positive team performance and attitude
  • Co-ordinate operations to serve client activity

What we are looking for:

Qualifications and technical skills required

  • Educated to at least degree level or equivalent
  • Digital marketing or content creation experience either through qualifications or experience
  • Good appreciation/understanding of marketing / client issues
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Experience managing client relationships or project management experience advantageous

Salary range:

£30,000 to £35,000 (based on experience)
