As Bulbshare rapidly accelerates its growth, we are looking for an exceptional Community and CRM Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Your role:

  • Targeted Communications– You will be responsible for owning and developing all of the communication that goes from Bulbshare channels to community members both on and off the platform. This not only includes the management of the different communication tools, but also the content of the communications
  • Community Recruitment – You will have responsibilities for the recruitment of new people on to the Bulbshare platform and responsible for a budget to help achieve recruitment objectives while minimising the cost per acquisition
  • Community Engagement – You will have responsibilities for ensuring that members of communities remain active and are constantly logging into the platform and engaging with Bulbshare as frequently as can be achieved
  • Community Enrichment – You will have responsibilities to constantly enrich our understanding of the community by constantly evolving the data points we have on community members
  • Community Member Satisfaction – You will have responsibilities for ensuring that community members are satisfied with the experience and that tickets to service desk remain as low as possible
  • Data & Reporting – Develop and own a suite of reports to enable the entire organisation to understand the dynamics of the community, and, how Bulbshare activity impacts on the behaviour of community members

Key responsibilities:

As Community and CRM Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • As a community and CRM manager, you will immerse yourself in the world of Bulbshare community members, using your sound reasoning, knowledge and commercial understanding to achieve strong engagement and loyalty targets from community members.
  • Furthermore, you will leverage your organisational skills to take responsibility for implementing and managing internal processes that deliver for internal stakeholders.
  • You will also work alongside the product team, both in understanding the needs of community members and clients, towards making key recommendations for product development to deliver community members a better experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
  • Degree educated from an IT or related degree.
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
  • An understanding of the importance and principles of customers, reporting, campaigns, analysis planning within a marketing and commercial environment
  • Highly numerate, an analytical background with good understanding of customer and marketing/ digital principles / Business Reporting Skills
  • CRM Automation Experience
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to translate complicated results data insights into easily digestible business opportunities and metrics through effective presentations
