As Bulbshare rapidly accelerates its growth, we are looking for an exceptional Junior Content Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Your role:

Bulbshare is a tech platform that empowers the world’s biggest brands to get closer to their consumers through our mobile app. Our tech and product teams are constantly striving to release new, bleeding edge product features – be it our AI survey builder, our chat functionality or our web app. The content marketing team is looking for someone who can communicate these complicated, cutting edge developments in a compelling and eye catching way to industry professionals through a full suite of marketing comms, whilst working smoothly with both the tech and content team. The new hire will build out a product marketing plan, which will ensure brand touchpoints are met and everyone from existing clients to new prospects are informed of developments at Bulbshare.

The new hire will also work alongside the partnership and customer success teams to ensure new clients have a full onboarding pack at their disposal.

The successful candidate will also own and manage Bulbshare’s public channel content, optimising engagement and maintaining consistent and exciting in-app briefs. The public channel is a space for fun, topical, and trending discussions to take place via briefs, with the aim of keeping the app thriving and busy, so it requires someone with an eye for social trends and an ability to write with flair.

Other tasks may include award entries, monthly newsletter marketing, and blog content, so an eye for detail and a professional writing style is essential. Previous understanding of marketing platforms such as Hubspot is preferrable but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities:

As Junior Content Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Owning a suite of product marketing comms and creating a plan to ensure prospects and clients alike are informed and excited to try our latest releases
  • Managing the public channel
  • Building onboarding content for clients
  • Monthly B2B newsletters to engage community members and bring them back to the app
  • Content creation, such as infographics, blogs, reports

What we are looking for:

Qualifications and technical skills required

  • Educated to at least degree level or equivalent (2:1 and above)
  • Demonstrable experience of slick copywriting abilities, basic understanding of content marketing,
  • Past experience with marketing, social media, or writing desirable. Previous use of marketing, design, or social media software.
  • Interest in consumer trends, tech, marketing appreciated
  • Excellent grasp of grammar, vast vocabulary, and understanding of variety of tones of voice / communication styles necessary
  • Previous experience in marketing or content is a plus

Competencies required

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Immaculate spelling and grammar with a creative use of communication.
  • Ability to build relationships across departments, suppliers and clients.
  • Enthusiasm and drive, ability to turn around projects quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Ability to multi task and be a self starter
