Your role:

A Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote, drive adoption, and increase usage of our key product features.  They are required to work closely with the product team to establish roadmap deliveries, define distribution strategies, work with the teams to create relevant launch materials, collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Content, Sales & Customer Success, and analyze usage data to optimize campaigns and drive revenue growth.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teams
  • Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product
  • Work closely with product development team to determine the tracking of product features, reporting them
  • Work closely with content and ABM team to enhance enablement & build a plan to encourage usage & adaptability for individual product features
  • Lead the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches
  • Create training materials and training programs for each member of the outside sales team
  • Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high-quality leads for our company
  • Educate other departments on current product offerings & messaging

Key responsibilities:

As Product Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Improve product marketing content output
  • Shape product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers
  • Align all product marketing efforts with ABM to enhance usage & adaptability
  • Build relationships with external vendors and key stakeholders
  • Set product marketing budgets and track spend, always with an eye for ROI
  • Convert prospects into paying customers through consistent communications

What we are looking for:

Qualifications and technical skills required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5+ years’ product marketing experience
  • Proven history of creating effective marketing program
  • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
  • Large-scale event management experience a plus

  • Excellent communication skills and command of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to plan ahead, multitask, and drive solutions around related aspects of your role
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Genuine curiosity and energy in your chosen field, we value self-motivated individuals
