To better understand the needs of customers in emerging markets in relation to key product offerings and existing marketing creative.

Strategy

Bulbshare recruited 20-35 year olds in key customer segments across Thailand, Indonesia and Australia to help Listerine build a fast paced and agile approach to generating insight and ideas around key product launches.
