Overview

Bazaarvoice is a technology company that helps brands generate a multitude of user-generated content on their e-commerce websites. Via Bulbshare's Bazaarvoice integration, we are able to generate product reviews and user-generated-content directly from our customer communities and syndicate them at scale across multiple web platforms for the brands we work with.

Aim

Generate product reviews at scale directly from the Nestlé global insight community to drive brand advocacy and authentic UGC at a faster speed, lower cost and greater volume than previous solutions.

Strategy

Bulbshare provides Nestlé with an always-on insight community across 6 international markets, from which 100s of reviews are gathered and distributed onto their e-commerce sites. When a project is launched, reviews are submitted within the Bulbshare app via our unique social sharing technology, then automatically sent to Bazaarvoice for moderation.

Once processed, the reviews are syndicated to a network of 1 million shoppers and their performance is tracked. The Bulbshare reviews solution, with Bazaarvoice integration, is twice the speed and half the cost of previous methods.
