Bulbshare’s new Brief Builder is now integrated in MyBulbshare.com. With advanced functionalities for seamless Brief creation, it boasts a revamped user experience. The unique Brief customisation allows you to create briefs tailored precisely to your needs – more easily than ever.

- Tone of voice adapter.
- Includes Discussion Brief, to run live discussions with your community members effortlessly.
- Text editor toolkit including more images, tables, bullet points, and quotes.
- Browse and import images from Unsplash.
How to create a brief in Bulbshare:
- Go to MyBulbshare.com and click on create a brief.
- Add the title of your brief and include a main image. Once your brief goes live this title and the main image are what your channel followers will see in their feed before accessing your activity.
When adding your image, you can upload it from your gallery or you can take it from Unsplash. You can also select a background colour or upload a video instead. - Once you’ve clicked “Continue” it’s time to come up with a description for your activity. This description will give the participants the context they need before taking part. The new Brief Builder includes multiple text editing tools and an AI assistant that will help you get started. You can include images from your gallery or Unsplash, use bullet points or add tables.
- Once the description is ready, it’s time to decide what type of activity you want to launch. In the General tab you will find the different types of briefs available:
- Discussion: The activity will happen in the comments section, you will open a live discussion with the participants where you can test any concept or topic of your wish.
- Survey: This is the normal survey brief where you will find the different type of questions available in Bulbshare. The purpose of this type of brief is to generate insights, and the responses will only be accessible to you and the members of your team.
- Bulbshares: Our open brief, where participants can upload briefs videos, photos or comments that will be visible to other members of the channel. This brief is perfect for engagement or content-generation activities.
- Click on “Continue” and jump into the Audience tab. This is where you will define who will receive your activity. You can filter the activity by any demographic information of the participants or target it to a subgroup within your community that we have previously identified.
- Launch is the tap where you will publish your activity. Here you can define when it will go live, so you can schedule it for a future date. You can also notify your followers about this new activity with a push notification or email. Then just click launch and your brief will go live.
