To foster brand love, consumer advocacy, and buzz around Rimmel’s new brand equity through consumer feedback, discussions on campaign concepts, and UGC creation.

Strategy

In collaboration with Rimmel’s global brand and innovation teams, we launched WLA Rimmel Live, a branded community powered by Bulbshare, to celebrate Rimmel’s refreshed identity. The campaign brought members into the brand story through interactive briefs, UGC challenges, and exclusive perks, emphasising individuality and inclusivity.

Activities included fun Briefs, discussion boards, and content creation challenges, inspiring unique makeup looks and capturing valuable feedback on the new brand equity. A social competition added excitement, offering members the chance to win tickets to the Rimmel Live from London launch event.
